Juvenile crimes are on a rise, be it from the "elites" or the "have-not"s. What can the reason be attributed to?

Usually crimes are comitted when a person is insecure or if there is no one to support him(crimes can also be commited if the company someone is in is bad). They start thinking that everyone is trying to hurt them. Once they commit a crime they won't hesitate to do it again because they have already done it once and haven't been caught. Every time they commit a crime they gain more confidence.

Children learn what ever they see in their surrouding. Media, movies are major contributor for provoke violence among chidrens. Also parents not spending quality time with children is another reason.
