Food For Soul

Benoy Badal Dinesh

There are stories which never become a part of daily folklore. I often hear such stories from my grandfather. These stories come back to me only during my darkest hours. These are the stories of heroes who never made it big, who are forgotten in the sands of time.

Colleges and society

Submitted by souravroy on

It is said that if all is well with the colleges, all will be well with the society. I am sure you will agree with me, that all is not well with our society today. Hence the conclusion is inevitable that all is not well with our colleges. It is one thing for the colleges to reflect the social reality. What is more desirable is that the college should be an agent of change in the society. In a positive and dynamic way. In a fulfilling way.

Why we are born?

Submitted by amitsedai on

When we say something is born or created , it means that there was a point in time when that thing was born/created. We have been seeing as a natural consequence, what is born has to die. Death or destruction is a natural consequence of whatever that was born or created. This also marks that in both death and birth happens at some time. Time is involved in both consequences.

Submitted by Pramod on

However, this time, although, I have wanted to write a story revolving around blood from a long time, I found it really difficult to come up with one. Do You Know How To Relax

THIS MORNING I overslept. I spent the weekend teaching a workshop on the East Coast and then caught a flight home that landed at midnight. By the time I collected my luggage, got to my car and drove home it was 2 a.m. I didn’t mind. I still felt exhilarated from the workshop and the happy, joyful response, which emanated from the people who attended. Their love carried me home on such a vibrational high I didn’t feel tired at all. That is until the alarm clock went off at 7 a.m.
