Sleep well on the night prior to donation

You are more likely to have an extremely comfortable donation experience if you have slept well on the night prior to donation. People who are not well rested and sleep deprived have a greater chance of discomfort after giving blood. 

Take your time and relax while donating blood

Blood Donation is a double blessing. While you help save precious lives, you also get the feel good factor. There are known Health Benefits of Donating Blood. With so much of goodness around, we request you not to try and rush through your donation. If a donor is n a hurry it puts pressure on the blood bank staff which sometimes results in skipping some steps. Do endulge in the moments of goodness when you donate blood :-)
