Did you know this "amazing" but disheartening fact----In our nation there is one doctor for every 4000 people where as in america for every 1600 people there is one INDIAN doctor.
Why do these people have to go and serve other coutries leaving their own nation??They take birth here,eat the food grown on this land,inhale the air blowing on this land, get educated on this land and go pour all their knowledge to nowhere instead of serving their motherland...is this fair?....This is just true to the dialogue in the film Swades-"It is like giving light to other's house!

Hope all understand the same
Ya pooja its a simple thing but unfortunately people dont understand and feel in same way.
I believe another reason is that they dont have confidence in themselves that they can make a difference here.
We r here to take care....
Things could be still better if those who choose to stay back and work for this country give their heart and soul for its betterment. Unfortunately people stay back but instead of doing something they blame government, or someone else for anything bad happening in the society. Sometimes i feel its good they are going to some other land, they dont deserve this land's love at all but if you see from a mother's perspective, its so painful to see sons going away. Anyways we are here to take care of her, so SHE need not worry.Isn't it?
