I do not think there is any such formula for Leadership. It varies  depending on the situation where a leader / person is supposed to handle. However, on a long term I would appreciate his integrity and enthusiasm

I think all the qualities mentioned above are the qualities of a good leader..

Usually a leader is considered as a role model to others so it is better for him to have all these qualities..

A leader is incomplete without any one of this quality.

All of them are leadership traits which a person must have.

But this poll aims at finding out the ones that are more important than the others.

In that case i will go with Vision...As to realise his vision rst thing will fall in line...

Does Charishma help?

This is a very intreguing question for me. I am not really sure about the importance of charisma in leadership. But I guess that is what moves most of us.

Any voices on this?

YES !! Charisma works like wonders !! Because that person becomes a role model and something of a personality that other people look up at...a personality the radiates good solid leadership qualities in action...it is in the qualities of this kind of a leader people foresee themselves in the future....

A leader should not have the EGO that he/she is the leading the team, it should be a solid vision that should be driving the leader for the progress of the team, leading should happen by example automatically as a by-product. A leader should not be partial to anyone and must constantly introspect his/her behaviour and words. A should be disinterested but not uninterested in solving issues. A leader should be very careful about the impact his/her words can have on the team and on his/her image. Till a leader does not speak the word he/she still has control on the words and situation(degree may vary), but once words are spoken then they will control his further actions. The leader should be very careful with words. A good leader will avoid creating competition in the team and will not allow competition to spring within it. A good leader will make every team member feel special, not compare them against other team members, and will motivate them to perform their best, encouraging their strong points and supporting their weak areas (without displaying contempt or scorn at the weaknesses) A good leader will keep a lot of transparency within the team and show genuine trust, however will not allow any suspicious things to happen till they pass acid tests. Any "so called" leader who is not honest will earn himself/herself the disrespect and laughter of the juniors, and in the long run people will not align with him/her and not care for that person. However if a leader is honest people will goto any extent to work for that person. A leader should be very bold and strong in protecting his/her subordinates/followers from others who try to disrupt their image or try to mislead them or try to put them down. If not there is still a long way to go... A leader should not be defensive about receiving feedback about himself/herself.....and even more importantly a leader should say, "I don't know if he/she does not know" ,( but that "I don't know cannot be used every time, there is a thin line between shamelessness and working hard/smart to keep one self barest with the technical/other domain) Most importantly a leader should understand how to recognize and appreciate work, a leader should not let some one else take the credit of another's work, nor should the leader take credit(if he/she does then they are not fit to be leaders), if somebody wants to personally grow to a great height in the team then that should be aligned with the overall interest of the team and not one persons personal goal alone, a leader should identify this....
