Speaking with people in general meetings also may give you a fair idea of the number of people to expect.
Identifying Volunteers
The next thing is the identification of the key people in the organization who may be involved in this activity. Identifying them at an early stage makes sure that you ensure good teamwork.
Identification of Suitable Space
A large air conditioned room is ideal for donation. If an air-conditioned hall is not there then look for a well ventilated room.
