A Mall Can Be More Than a Place to Shop: Organization Spotlight Nexus Select Trust

Can a shopping mall become a place where lives are saved? Nexus Select Trust and Sankalp have shown that it can.

Blood donation camps usually happen in colleges and offices. On 7th April 2022, Sankalp and Nexus took a different route: bring them to where people gather. Since then, 77 camps and the 3,423 units collected through these efforts have contributed to saving more than 10,000 lives, including children living with thalassemia who depend on timely blood support. Together, the partnership has shown that public spaces can also become places to give.
