Twenty Children. One Milestone. Hope for Many More.

Within two years, Hue Central Hospital completed 20 successful bone marrow transplants, with all the children doing well, a milestone offering hope to many more families.

Representing Sankalp, Dr Mohan Reddy and Rajat Kumar Agarwal travelled to Hue, Vietnam, for the 2nd International Thalassemia Conference celebrating this achievement.

Dr Mohan Reddy shared Sankalp’s experience with matched-related donor transplantation, while Rajat spoke on prevention and comprehensive haemoglobinopathy care. A day earlier, the teams counselled families undergoing BMT evaluation and HLA typing.
