Our rulling party is thinking about some names.But who are they???? Arjun Singh?? as a minister who is planning to kill the dream of merited student or Karn Singh..or Sivraj Patil?? on the other hand opposition party is thinking about V.S.Shekhawat...whose educational profile does not stand any where before previous presidents...!! But no one is talking about A.P.J.Abdul Kalam.
