In the dark (with out vision) we are limited, we can not do anything.
But when there is a sunlight (vision) we see the sky which has no limits.

A person with out vision can not do any thing as he is compared with a person in dark. He is limited by the darkness. He feels incapable.
But when person has got a clear vision however big it is he is compared with a person under sunlight who can see the entire world which means he can do any thing as he sees the sky which has no limits.
