Behavioral Aspects

  • Donating blood is a pure choice of the donors. Never try to judge a person by his/her willingness or unwillingness to donate blood. For all you know, he or she may have issues that they do not wish to discuss with you but which have an impact on their blood donation.

  • Always wear a smile and maintain extreme levels of politeness and friendliness. You must make yourself very approachable.

  • Thanking Donors Irrespective of the fact that a person is allowed to donate or not, thank them (genuinely) for coming forward to donate blood.

    • Policies

    Feedback Policy Sankalp strongly believes in Proactive feedback. Please share your experience, suggestions, comments and observations with us very freely and rightfully on a positive note. Also Volunteers need to take an extra step to collect feedback from the donors. Emphasize the importance their feedback holds. Sankalp will respond to any complaints and suggestion in a week of the donation camp. Information Safety and Privacy Policy Sankalp never allows usage of the information collected from the donors for any purpose other than the stated ones.
