First group of people are those who are masters of their fields. They are experts in certain areas and they offer their services in those areas.
Second are the people who have no specific area of mastery. But, who want to help in some way.

No nation can move forward unless its children are taught to look squarely at their own history. ..
Will you donate blood if you know that the patient is dying?
If there is a situation in which you know that the patient is terminally i'll. And the doctors are still trying. And they are requesting for huge number of units of blood.
