After about 26 blood donation drives that we have organized so far and the one mega event - ",Blood Bank Meet", we had strong reasons to pen down the procedure to be followed in every blood donation drive and take a promise from the blood banks to follow it. Thus came the Sankalp Policy for Blood Donation Drives.

Roughly translated into, "O mighty bus driver, Please drive fast. A Michil (procession) is coming. If we get caught we have to rot here whole day".
To further strengthen the bond between Airtel Karnataka and Sankalp India Foundation, the 2 parties are organising the first blood donation drive together. The first of it's kind within Airtel Karnataka, this initiative will surely yield major results as Sankalp looks to build units all over Karnataka the can organise blood donation drives. This drive will be held on the 12th of February at Airtel Bannerghatta Road Office
Republic Day celebrations for Sankalp India Foundation is by beginning Sankalp Karnataka on this day. Today for the first time, blood banks from outside Bangalore will be updating stocks to Disha from 10:00 am onwards.
